Custom Ribbons

I placed my order... how long does it take before it gets shipped out?

All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days from the day you ordered. Delivery timelines will vary depending on where you are located and which shipping option you have selected upon checkout.

If you need the ribbons for a certain date, please reach out or email as at info.add-ribbons.com before placing your order and we will be in touch very soon!

 

Is your custom ribbon washable or dryer safe?

Our custom satin ribbon is printed with the highest quality of foil, however, it is not washable nor dryer safe and it is intended for decorative use only.

 

I would like to order a custom ribbon but I need to use my own logo, how do I proceed with that?

We are more than happy to help you create your custom ribbon! Please email your High Resolution logo (jpeg or png) and details at info@add-ribbons.com. Please be noted that we only do single color print!

 

Do you offer more ribbon color for customization than what you list?

Unfortunately, we do not. We only offer whatever is on the list. But we are trying our best to add more popular colors as we go along!

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on purchases over $99 CAD within Canada and US. Standard shipping will apply. Orders shipping internationally will be calculated based on the weight and size of the product(s).

 

How long should I expect for my order to arrive?

We will process the order between 1-2 business days for Express Shipping or 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping. Canadian orders can be expected to arrive between 2-10 business days. US orders can be expected to arrive 5-10 business days.

Shipping times are dependent on your location and shipping option. For questions/inquiries about your order please email info@add-ribbons.com with your order # as the subject line and we will reach out to you within 24hrs.

 

Do you offer free pick-up?

Yes. We offer local pick up at our Edmonton, AB (North East) location. Option will be available at checkout. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. We will reach out with a pick up date and time. 

 

Can I rush my order?

Yes, we have a rush order option for $15CAD at checkout. Rush orders will be fulfilled in 1-3 business days from purchase date.
